Raw Material Test Method - Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate

Freely soluble in water: Take about 0.1 g of test sample into a clean and dry test tube. Add 1 ml purified water and mix the content. The solution should be clear without any suspended particles. Practically insoluble in Alcohol: Take about 10 mg of the sample in 200 ml volumetric flask. To it add 100 ml of Alcohol and shake. The dispersion should not be clear (suspended particles will be observed).

HPLC Method Development in Pharmaceuticals

Analytical method development is a critical process in pharmaceuticals. The variety of columns, operating parameters, mobile phase compositions, and pH values makes the development process complex. A good analytical method should be simple, utilizing common columns, mobile phases, and buffers.

Purified Water Test Procedure in Pharmaceuticals

i) Appearance: Clear, odorless and colorless liquid. ii) pH: Transfer 100ml water to a suitable container; add 0.3ml of saturated potassium chloride solution and stirring water, then measure the pH using calibrated pH meter. iii) Conductivity: Transfer 100ml water to suitable container and immerse electrode then stirring the water, measure the conductivity and Total Dissolved Substances (TDS) using calibrated conductivity meter.

Worst-Case Media Fill Design for Pharmaceuticals Sterile Production

Media fill studies, also known as process simulation tests, are critical validation exercises in pharmaceutical sterile production. These studies simulate aseptic manufacturing processes using a sterile culture medium instead of the actual drug product. The primary objective is to demonstrate that the aseptic process can consistently produce sterile products.
